PreVacation

John and I left today for our vacation. We decided to leave early and stay somewhere by ourselves before we meet everybody else in Panama City tomorrow. My sweet parents are staying at our house and watching the girls for us so that we can get some time away.

We are staying in downtown Montgomery, Alabama and it is adorable. Our hotel looks out over the river and is across from "The Alley" which is this cute little alley with restaurants and outdoor music. We ate at a place called Central, and it was so yummy that I wanted to lick my plate!

We already miss the girls so, but are enjoying this time to ourselves. It's taken us 3+ years to get away without children! I know it's important for us and our marriage and I'm so thankful for this opportunity to get away by ourselves and spend time with our friends!
