Thankful

So.........I'm not on facebook, but apparently all these people on facebook were doing 30 days of thankfulness, so a bunch of blogs I read did it too. I thought it was neat, but I know I could never keep up with blogging everyday, so here is what I am thankful for this Thanksgiving (in no particular order). I blog to have a "scrapbook" for my girls,  so one day I want them to know what I'm thankful for in 2012.

 

1. Jesus and His mercy and grace that I don't deserve

2. John

3. My girls

4. Our families 

5. My friends - old ones and new ones

6. Afternoon naps/rest time at the SAME time for the girls

7. My house

8. My cozy bed

9. A warm house in the winter and a cool house in the summer

10. Not having to worry ab where my next meal will come from

11. Being able to wake up, breathe air, and move every day

12. Being able to exercise - even on the days I don't want to. I'm thankful my body lets me:)

13. Healthy family

14. My new boots 

15. My church

16. Little things that make me happy like new nail polish and eye make up

17. John's job

18. My car - even though it's a mess and looks like we live in it 90% of the time.

19. Guacamole at my favorite Mexican restaurant

20. My phone

21. A teeny, tiny part time (twice a year) job that allows me to pay for my girls' clothes and preschool

22. Date nights

23. Girls' nights - especially pj girls' nights!

24. Being able to be a SAHM - even on the days when I am looking out the window for John's car:)

25. A good nights' sleep most nights when the girls are well 

26. Self tanner - yes, I'm somewhat vain and I like having a little bit of color without being exposed to too much sun. 

27. Medicine so my girls breathing doesn't get out of control and scary when they have colds

28. My sewing machine and the "ability" to sew. I've missed it so much while it's been put away while our house is on the market.

29. My girls' smiles and laughter - they warm my heart.

30. My kindle - I can read whenever I want and my girls can watch their shows when I need them to!
