I can't believe she is all grown up and in grad school now - makes me feel old! I started watching her and her sister when they were in 2nd and 5th grade. They were so much fun, and I loved picking them up everyday after school and spending time with them and running them to all of their activities. I guess I was getting in some good practice for now having two girls of my own:)
This just made my day when she sent this:)
I always pick Meyers up from school at her classroom. I've never done the carpool line. It would be much easier to go through the line and not have to get Emery out of the car, but it feels too much like a "big girl" thing to do. And I am not ready for "big girl". But it was raining today, so I knew I needed to go through carpool. They get the kids in the car and ask that you pull up and over to buckle them in. That's why Meyers looks like she's standing up in the backseat - because she is:) I took that picture right after I pulled over.

I asked her if she wanted me to pick her up like that every day now or just when it's raining. And she said just when it's raining:)
Good answer, Meyers.
