While John was voting yesterday, he stopped by this place at the farmer's market to get some pumpkins and mums for outside decor (I've got to get some pictures of what my Martha Stewart husband did to our front porch on here!). When he got home from work, he said we should take the girls up there to let them (Meyers) pick out a pumpkin. I got SO excited about this because truth be told, I am not a fan of pumpkin patches. I know. I'm a terrible person:) We go so that I can get my "pumpkin pictures" of Meyers and now both girls. I know Meyers will really get into the hoopla of pumpkin patches one of these days, but she really doesn't right now. And this little store by the farmer's market was all she needed for a good time. So now I can check "pumpkin pictures" off of my list! And I didn't have to go and get all dirty and have my kids breathe in hay for several hours which may or may not lead to an asthma attack!
