The girls both started dance this week. Emery had a fit every week when she didn't get to go to ballet with Meyers last year. Most of the studios here take 2 year olds that aren't potty trained, so I signed her up too.
Emery's first day of ballet was yesterday (and Meyers's second day of school). She was NOT happy about not going to school that day. She thinks she's 5!

Meyers had her first day of tap/ballet today. She loved it, too! She missed not doing tap last year, so I'm glad she's getting to do it here.
I was a little leery about a dance studio. The places Meyers has taken the last two years were not studios and were very sweet. Sometimes studios can be a little crazy and much - especially for little girls. This studio is very strict in what you have to wear - their brand of choice for shoes, leotards, etc. so I was worried it might be intense. But I love it there. It is SO organized and well run. It's actually my favorite thing here so far:) Yay for dance class!
