We fed her at 8:00 pm, and she went to sleep. She woke up this morning at 5:45!!!! I was shocked when I saw what time it actually was. I didn't get to sleep until 11:00 pm or so because Meyers took an extremely long and late nap yesterday. So she couldn't get to sleep last night. But even so, I still got almost 7 hours of sleep! Whoo! Hoo!
And for the past five nights, she has gone 6-7 hours without a bottle. Those hours didn't quite fall into the 7 hours we needed (it was usually from 7-2)to get straight sleep, but that's still great! And we are proud of our sleeping girl! Despite her colicky issues, she is a pretty good sleeper WHEN you get her settled.
Now I know with kids, especially babies that they don't always do the same thing (like sleeping through the night) just because they did it once. I know that just when you think you have them figured out, they switch it up on you.........but I'm excited for our night of sleep last night, and I'm hopeful for more!
Now if we can just get Meyers in the bed and settled so that we can take advantage of a possible 10 hours of Emery sleeping!
