Fun Thursday

Meyers, Emery and I went to lunch today with the girls I used to babysit for. I had such a good time catching up with them. These sweet girls were in 2nd and 5th grade when I started watching them. They were in our wedding, too. And now they are about to be a junior in college and in graduate school. I.FEEL.SO.OLD!!!



Emery was so good the whole time until the end when we tried to get a picture:)

We came home so Emery could nap, Meyers could "rest", and I could work out. Then some friends invited us to go get ice cream, so we went after Emery got up from her nap. Meyers thought this was so cool! We don't normally go get ice cream; we go through the drive-thru at Chick-fil-a and eat it at home if we get ice cream. Emery had ice cream EVERYWHERE - which is why we eat it at home, but they both had a fun time!












It was totally coincidental that they are wearing their ice cream outfits. That's just what I put in them today:)
