32 Weeks

32 Weeks Now
(Some people have said I look like I'm carrying different this time around. I think I look the same, just WAY bigger with Meyers.)

 32 Weeks with Meyers

How Far Along: 32 weeks

Size of baby: a large jicama, 16.7 inches long, and weighs 3.75 pounds

Maternity Clothes: All maternity this week.

Gender: We'll find out in January!

Movement: Yes!!! All the time!

Sleep: I am sleeping okay besides getting up to use the restroom several times a night.

What I Miss: I miss having enough room in my lap for Meyers to sit in comfortably. I miss being able to bend over, get up and down out of the floor.....all the things that you do all day with a toddler.

Cravings: I can't remember if I've put on here that I have been eating a whole lot of Capn' Crunch. We ran out, so I didn't have any for a few days, but I got some more the other day. I ate a lot of cereal when I was pregnant with Meyers, too. I think it is something to do with the milk. One day last week, I had Capn' Crunch with regular milk, and then a glass of chocolate milk after that!! Maybe I need some more calcium???

Symptoms: The crazy dreams are back. I still feel pretty comfortable.....laying, standing, sitting, whatever..... This baby is constantly on my bladder, so I feel like I'm going to wet my pants all the time. It wasn't as bad with Meyers, but as my doctor has told me "you don't have as much support in there as you had the first time around since it was your first pregnancy".

Best Moment This Week: Hearing the baby's heartbeat at my doctor's appointment yesterday. Also, (I've said before that I would never put my pregnancy weight out there for all to see, but I am flabbergasted at how much less I've gained this time around, so I will.) I gained a pound since my last visit. That was good to hear seeing as how Thanksgiving was between the two visits. That brings my total weight gain so far to 20.5 pounds!!!!!! That may sound like a lot to some people, but seeing as how I gained 42, yes I said 42 pounds with Meyers, it is crazy to me. I still have 7 weeks to go (scheduled c-section at 39 weeks), but it can't get much worse in the next 7 weeks, right?? Hopefully I just didn't jinx myself:)

  1. I gained a ton of weight (much much more that 42lbs) with my first and hardly any with my second! Six years later, still trying to lose that weight! I also wanted to tell you that a c-section the second time is a breeze!!
