What Meyers Wore Wednesday

We went to visit Santa today. As you can see from the picture, it was not super successful. But it does make for a pretty hilarious picture. Meyers has been talking about going to see Santa and telling him what she wanted for several weeks now. She seemed really excited about it and had a long list of things that she wanted him to bring her. I really thought she was going to sit in his lap - willingly.

She started melting down the closer we got. John and I really didn't know what to do at this point. I just knew we had to get a picture. So we plopped her down, wailing and all. I'm in the picture because she was flailing her little body around. I was worried santa would drop her or that she would hurt Santa! Santa's face is so priceless here! And you can't even see Meyers! It was a mess! We went to Bass Pro to see Santa. A bunch of our friends have told us that was the way to go. The only thing I didn't like is that you couldn't take your own picture, but they do give you a free picture, so I guess that makes up for it. Seeing as how successful this year was, one picture is probably all we need:)

After completely traumatizing our child, John thought we should take her to Chik fil a to make up for it. Some chicken and playground time seemed to help.

Meyers wore her Shrimp and Grits reversible Santa and pumpkin dress. I love this dress......both sides. We have gotten so much use out of it the last few months.
