What Meyers Wore Wednesday

John stayed home this morning so I could go register Meyers for school next year and go get a manicure and pedicure. It's a little embarrassing that the last time I got a manicure and pedicure was right before I had Meyers! Dave Ramsey's envelopes sure make you decide what you REALLY want to spend your money on. Apparently manicures and pedicures are not what I wanted to spend my money on:)

But they sure do look pretty now! Meyers said "oh, I like your toenails! They so pretty!"

Meyers and I just ate lunch, and then we are going to paint. Am I a bad mom because we've never done that??? She asked for paint and paintbrushes for Christmas, and I put them away. Since this is her last day of being an only child, I wanted to do something fun with her at home today. We are planning to go to her favorite, Chik-fil-a, tonight for dinner and letting her play on the playground for a long time.....not just the usual 10 minutes or so that I normally set my phone timer for:)

Meyers is wearing some play clothes since we are lounging and painting today. I think her shirt is target and her pants are gap.

****This may be the last What Meyers Wore Wednesday! I don't think keeping up with two kids' clothes is something I'll be doing with a newborn:) I can't believe I've kept up with it since May or so. What started out as a way for me to remember all of her cute clothes (since that's sort of like a hobby for me!) has turned into a glimpse into our Wednesdays which I know I'll enjoy looking back on, and I hope Meyers will, too. I'll have to keep doing some sort of Wednesday post because its helped keep me motivated to blog, which in turn will mean my kids will have a more detailed "baby book"!
