Last Friday, we ran a few errands and our last stop was Target. It was a pretty day in the morning, so I had the last minute idea to take the girls to the park for a picnic. I bought some things for lunch there, put the cold things in the cooler bag I keep in the car, and went to the park. The girls had a great time. I was so glad I listened to the nudge to be last minute and go have a picnic. They were not huge fans of their first ever lunchables, but that's okay:) We still had fun! The bottom dropped out that afternoon, so I'm glad we went.
We had no plans today. I thought we'd just go for a walk, but I decided to take the girls to the zoo. My friend, Lauren and her boys were able to meet us there last minute. It was such a pretty day! The girls both enjoyed it, and I enjoyed getting out and talking with another mommy:)
I guess I need to work on being more last minute:)
